What are the PeerPower investment period?

Investment in crowdfunding with Peer Power can be divided into three main stages (Securities status):

Stage 1: Pre-listing 

• PeerPower will inform verified investors before a listing becomes available on the marketplace. You will receive the details of the listing, listing time, and prospectus, through your registered e-mail, Line Official Account, and PeerPower mobile application on the "Invest" tab.
  
  

Stage 2: In-funding

• During the in-funding period, investors need to log-in to the PeerPower application to make an investment on the “Invest” tab. You can specify the investment amount and immediately pay the booking. 
• Investors must transfer the booking within 12 hours after a successful create investment ; otherwise, the order will be automatically expired.
  
  Please note:
  (1) During the limited investment period (Cap round) in the first 30 minutes of in-funding period, you can invest any amount. However, any amount exceed 300,000 THB, you may not get allocated at all or get partially allocated depending on available spot and your investment queue.

  (2) If investment order is canceled / expired, you won't be able to create a new order for the same securities for a period of 6 hours.
  
  (3) During the last 2 days or 48 hours before the closing time (Lock-up Period), investors who have paid the investment order cannot cancel your order.
  
  

Stage 3: Close

• When securities are fully reserved and paid for, or when the offering period ends.

Upon successful payment, indicating the completion of the investment, investors will receive the returns to your registered bank account according to the bond repayment schedule. You can check your portfolio returns through the website and the PeerPower app.
