Why PeerPower

Modified on Fri, 9 Aug at 10:59 AM

PeerPower is a true Thai Crowdfunding platform founded by Thai entrepreneurs. We are a part of the Thai business community, so we understand the business environment as well as challenges faced by business owners in Thailand, from loan conditions and account audits to the needs of investors and business owners. PeerPower started operating as a peer-to-peer lending services provider in 2017. In 2019, we were certified by The Securities and Exchange Commission of Thailand (SEC) as the first Crowdfunding portal in Thailand which could provide a marketplace for both Crowdfunding bonds and equities. From our humble start in 2017, PeerPower now has more than 5 years of experience helping local businesses go further and enabling individual investors to diversify their portfolio with private capital market investment.

For investors

  • PeerPower carefully assesses each individual business to ensure the Mid-caps and SMEs to ensure that listings on our Crowdfunding platform are from high-standard, steady-growth companies. We also strive to provide investors with a variety of listings from different sectors including e-commerce, energy, and specialized service.

  • Investors can choose to invest in Crowdfunding bonds on PeerPower platform with a repayment method that matches your investment purposes. Amortized bonds have their principal paid off regularly together with interest, while the principal of bullet bonds is paid in a large sum at the end of the bond term. Investors can also choose whether they want to invest in bonds that yield monthly or quaterly returns.

  • The return of a Crowdfunding bond is determined by risk-based pricing in the form of interest
